At CRYDS®, we offer domestic shipping to almost all of Colombia, partnering with freight transport companies to ensure the safety and quality of our products so they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
Delivery times:
Once payment has been confirmed*, we will process each order with estimated delivery times as follows:
- Major cities: 3 business days
- Secondary cities: 6 business days
- Isolated municipalities: 10 business days
*If payment is made by credit/debit card or PSE, the system will confirm the purchase within 1 business day. For cash payments through Efecty, via Baloto, you have 48 hours to make the payment, and the product will only be shipped once payment is received.
Please note that if your purchase is confirmed Monday through Friday before 1 p.m., it will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, it will be shipped the following day. If your purchase is confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or holidays, it will be shipped the following business day.
The times mentioned here are taken as a basis to deliver on time within the estimated dates, these calculations may be lower if everything goes according to plan, or otherwise, if there are inconveniences beyond our control, the delivery time may be affected, such as: delays on the national highway due to traffic accidents, natural disasters, inconveniences with public order, among others, in addition, these times may be affected by errors in the information in the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs:
All purchases made in our online store www.crydsleather.com or through our social media (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp) include free shipping to all Colombian territory** starting at $250,000 = (Colombian Peso, COP)
**Free shipping does NOT apply to purchases of products with discounts and/or special promotions.
**Does not apply to special destinations or those requiring air shipping (Chocó, Guajira, Guaviare, Inírida, Leticia, Mitú, Puerto Carreño, Primavera-Vichada, San Andrés and Providencia)
Shipment tracking:
Once the purchase is confirmed, an agent from our sales department will receive the order, prepare it, and ship it. They will then contact the customer using the contact number provided at the time of purchase to provide the shipping company's tracking number, which will allow them to verify the shipment's status.
Is it possible to change the shipping address?
To make this change, the customer must contact the store immediately after purchase via WhatsApp +573002244569 and send all the information corresponding to the purchase to the email crydsleather@gmail.com to validate if it is the person who made the transaction. Likewise, they must clearly specify the new address to which they want their purchase to be shipped.
