In all cases for returns and exchanges, products will be subject to the following conditions:
- Do not present traces or marks of use
- Excellent physical and hygienic condition
- Not having been altered or modified
- Keep the original packaging
- Keep the original labels and prices
- Keep sales invoice
A different product arrived than the one purchased:
If you receive a different product than the one you purchased, please inform us via email at ventas@crydsleather.com or WhatsApp +573002244569 so that an agent from our team can guide you through the process of returning the product and proceed with resending the correct purchase. Return and shipping costs will be borne by the store.
Wrong size:
When the wrong size is chosen, the customer can request a size exchange. It is the customer's responsibility to send the item to the store and we will send it back free of charge with the corrected size (Valid once per purchase).
You want to exchange the product for another:
We offer the option of exchanging the product for another product of the same value from the store. In this case, the customer must assume the return and shipping costs, as this is at the buyer's request and not due to manufacturing defects.
